About Logan Hamel
Many of my clients are experiencing feelings of uncertainty, overwhelm, and insecurity. My hope for us is to create a grounding space to explore and learn about yourself, increase intuitiveness and improve psychological flexibility. I believe when we live mindfully, open up to our emotions, and align with our values we can find more ease and comfort in our lives. My goal is to support you, not just heal or recover, but live.
